I do one-on-one personal training. But that doesn't mean I stand around and count reps. Anyone can do that. My emphasis is on educating and motivating, and I do that with functional training. Read: curling is strictly prohibited.


Initial Consultation
Initial consultation is to assess where you are currently, discuss your goals (health, performance, longevity, sport specific), and fit in a quick workout. I can take your measurements, but so can your spouse or physician. If you want to pay for that, that's your option, but you may as well pay me for my expertise, no?
First session is free of charge. Why? Because I know you'll be back for more.

Single Session Rate
$100/hour

Intro Packages (mandatory for new clients)
Intro sessions follow a progression with an in-depth breakdown of the movements you will learn and be using in training. Also comes with an individualized meal plan, and charted measurements to track your progress.
Newbie (recommended for most): One month- 2x/wk: $640
Accelerated Newbie: One month- 1x/wk: $400


Continuing Hourly Training Rates (1x/wk minimum)
I want to see you get favorable results, and for that reason, require a minimum commitment of meeting 1x/wk. If that is impossible for your schedule, see above for the single session rate.
1-0n-1 Personal Training: $75
2-On-1 Partner Training: $60/person
3+ Group Session: $50/person

Training is done out of a facility in NE Portland.

I also coach CrossFit classes in Vancouver, WA at The Workout CrossFit. Please call ahead or e-mail to schedule your first class at no charge. You'll get hooked, so bring your credit card or cash, along with water and a post-wod (workout of the day) snack. Bring along your friends, too, if they are at all into living and increasing their quality of life.
