If you’re anything like me, you haven’t jump-roped since you were in elementary or middle school. Jump roping these days is nothing like this:

It’s more like this:

Jump roping is one of the most underrated exercises. Why? Because it’s not a “shiny new machine” you’d find at any commercial gym.

It’s a rope.

But that rope, when used properly, can give you a really great workout. You’ll be sweating in just a few minutes.
